  4. 4. Am I a full member of the sports club with all of the normal benefits?

    Yes, as soon as the sports club receives confirmation from sportsmembership.com.au they will issue exactly the same membership package / privileges as someone who has paid upfront.

  5. 5. Is the sports club going to benefit from me paying this way?

    Yes, apart from the sports club retaining or gaining a new member it will also free up their valuable time enabling them to create and implement new initiaves that will guarantee the short term growth and long term survival of the sports club.

  6. 6. Are all of my fees and insurance’s included?

    Your sports club will submit all of the packages that are available through sportsmembership.com.au including a description of what is included, if you are still unsure of what is included then you should contact the sports club in question.

    All fees or insurance's that are included in the package cost are still administered and completed by the respective sports club.

  7. 7. Can I check my payment details and change information through the website?

    Yes, once you have registered and had your sports package confirmed by sportsmembership.com.au you will be able to access your account 24 hours a day to view, edit or make additional purchases.

  8. 8. Do you store my financial details?

    No, we value your privacy and security very highly so after we have processed your application and scheduled your regular payments we then safely discard your financial details from our system.

  9. 9. Can I buy a membership for a family member or a friend as a gift and still pay it off?

    Yes, it is possible; member's details are entered and communicated to each sports club separately to the payee's details.

  10. 10. Some of my other sports clubs aren’t registered on sportsmembership.com.au, what can I do?

    It's simple, you can either visit our website and register your sports clubs online, phone our 24 hour info line and register the sports clubs details or simply visit your sports club and ask them to contact us.

    After the sports club has been registered we will let you know via email or SMS.
