5. 5. Who issues the membership / privileges and how do you communicate with the member?

   After the sports club receives confirmation to issue the membership or privileges then all sports club related communication and relevant paperwork with the member is via the sports club.

   sportsmembership.com.au will communicate weekly with the member via email and via SMS prior to the monthly direct debit taking place and will only communicate with the member in regards to direct debit, debt collection or special offers.

   At the conclusion of the membership period sportsmembership.com.au and the sports club can tailor renewal communication.

6. 6. What do you do with our database of members and their details?

   We store this database and the corresponding member's details in our CM system. We acknowledge that each sports clubs member's database and details remain the property of the relevant sports club and at no stage will we sell or give information to a third party.

7. 7. What are the payment period options?

   Sports clubs will have total flexibility to tailor the payment period timeframes available to their players, members, supporters and sponsors. 10. 10. How do sports clubs register and how long does it take?

    It is a very simple process, contact sportsmembership.com.au via the website or phone to arrange a visit from one of our territory representatives who will outline and recommend the packages available to your sports club.

    From there it is as simple as filling in the relevant sports club registration form and faxing or emailing it back to us with all of the required information, logos, images etc...

    Once we have received this information we will despatch a POS kit and have your webpage uploaded within several working days.
